1. I am not an advocate of the FED and I think it should be shut down. 2. This article lies. The FED is a government entity. Its members are appointed by the president and approved by congress. Congress oversees the FED and approves all salaries of management. All the profit of the FED goes to the treasury after paying foreign lenders. The fed can do things though without presidential or congressional approval. HOWEVER IT IS PART OF OUR GOVERNMENT AND THE 14 AMENDMENT!

It’s not an agency, department or bureau of the federal Government. It is independent of Government and can do anything without it. It is not part of our Gov. It does business with our Gov.

In making a case here the mention of banks loaning money they don’t have is the accusation and I have to ask how in the world can one loan money not in possession? If a bank finances a car the check better clear to the one selling the car or rather real money has to be there and how can it be if the loan was made out of nothing? Please explain, does the fed get to give banks more than they claim, a promise is nothing if not make real.

So if, for example, a bank has a total of $1 million in customer money, the bank would go ahead and start lending that out, and then charge interest on it. Now if those original customers that deposited that $1 mil all went to withdraw their cash the same time, a lot of them would find out their money was gone, because the bank lent it out. @frost1947 the check has to go back in a bank. the banks all operate as a kind of cartel led by the central bank. they therefore cash each others worthless checks whilst writing their own. they assume of course that few checks will be cashed.That is why if more than a few people ask for their money in cash the bank collapses. if it were an honest system people would simply have to wait while the bank recalled its loans and settled up..

Regarding the idea of money loaned beyond the banks actual ability to pay out the debt being created by this check the explanation is banks all work on a “float” or what is being explained to me they themselves are “kiting checks” or just shuffling paper without having the actual money in hand? “Kiting checks” is illegal and now I’m having this be the explanation for the 90% on loan at any given time?
